It is an undeniable fact that all of us, YES, ALL OF US, are exhausted surviving through this pandemic. It is pretty clear that majority of us who have not invested our time reading news or checking through government official pages are now actively doing them cause all of us are worried on the unpredictable number of COVID-19 positive cases.

From seeing almost one digit to a massively elevated four-digit cases has done nothing but to inflict an intense emotional and mental breakdown in the lives of many. A lot of downfall was seen such as people losing their jobs through retrenchment and many have been banned from travelling across countries or even simply, within districts is a big NO NO!

We know it is devastating to be home all day every day and the inability to do what we were doing during our pre-covid days can make things even worse. But! Remember, that it is not the end of the world…

Here are four ways on how you can cope through our current pandemic situation!

1) Go Green!   When was the last time you have actually touched the green around you? They are craving for your love too. Maybe this is the time you have to walk to your garden and grab those trowels and start digging the soil.

2) Gets your knees up!   What better way to get your body steamed and get rid of the negativity? It is none other than getting yourself up from your bed and work out! Get them push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks or HIIT to kick start your day. Every drop of your sweat will be worth it and there won’t be an inch of worry or unnecessary thoughts that will get piled up in your head!

3) Spend quality time with your family!   There is always more than one way to look at a situation. The choice is definitely yours! For most of you who are feeling all caught up at home, try to look at your life now at a different perspective. Maybe it is time to take a break from all your hassle and spend some time with your family. When was the last time you have had a deep conversation with your parents? Or your siblings? Perhaps, the last you played games with them? Well, if it has been ages since you have done all this, THEN NOW IS THE PERFECT TIME FOR IT!

  4) Make use of the technology!   Clearly, we are way passed centuries where the mode of communication was one hell of a ride. From sending doves to writing letters for your loved ones, revolution is nothing but a tool that comes handy in every angle. Communicating with your friends and family virtually has been a norm at this point of time and yes, IT IS THE SAFEST TOO!
